許淑雯，山東濟南人。主要研究方向涵蓋知識產(chǎn)權(quán)法、國際法、美國法、生物遺傳資源保護(hù)，以及法學(xué)與性別、種族、社會階層等歧視與不平等社會現(xiàn)象之間的跨學(xué)科與邊緣學(xué)科交叉研究。
